
Kotte Betta
Kotte Betta, meaning "Fort Hill", is one of the most beautiful trekking destinations in Kodagu (Coorg), Karnataka. Rising to an altitude of 1,620 meters (5,314 feet), it is the third-highest peak in Coorg after Tadiandamol and Brahmagiri. The mountain gets its name from its fort-like appearance, and local legends suggest that it was once a shelter for the Pandavas during their exile.
